My husband wanted something very simple and inexpensive so he wouldn't feel badif he lost it. He works in a machine shop and cannot wear it for work so he was afraid he might loose it trying to keep up with it. Once we got it we had to take it to a jeweler to get it sized bigger. Other than that, we are happy with it.
